Do you customize flower balloons?
We can customize a flower balloon to your liking as long as we can source the flowers of your choice from our supplier. You can message us in any of our social media platforms or email for quotations.How long does a flower balloon last?
All kinds of balloons deflate even pvc balloons that we use. A flower balloon can last up to a week. It may last longer if placed in a cool place. However, fresh flowers inside the balloon may start to wither in three days.How big is the flower balloon?

Our flower balloon is 16-18 inches tall and 10-12 inches wide while our glass bubble is 12.5 inches tall and 8 inches wide.Where do you deliver?
Flower balloons can only be delivered within metro manila while the glass bubble may be delivered nationwide.Can I combine a plush and flower balloon in one?
Unfornately, we cannot combine plushies and flowers in one balloon just yet. We are still coming up with ways to make this possible.Can I pick two kinds of artificial flowers for one flower balloon?
We currently don't allow combining or customizing artificial flowers in one single order. You can only pick one flower per order.Do you allow pick-ups?
Yes, we do. You may pick your orders from 9:30 am to 7pm. Please note that we don't replace balloons that were damaged while in transit if it is not delivered by us.Where are you located?
We are located near Vito Cruz, Manila. You may message us for our exact pin location.Do you deliver?
We only deliver to cities within Metro Manila. You may also opt to book your own delivery services or pick up from our location.Do you accept same day delivery?
We only accept artificial and dried flower balloons for rush orders since we require at least two days lead time for fresh flower balloons. Please be advised that there is a fee of Php 180 for rush orders.What are your payment options?

how to order

Step #1: Send in an order form
Fill up our order form once sure of your order. There are decriptions on the form to help you fill it up easier.Step #2: Wait for the invoice
Kindly wait for an invoice within the day. We will be providing a breakdown of your flower balloon together with the payment details.Step #3: Send proof of payment
We require 50% downpayment in three days once order form has been submitted. Please be reminded that the balance is due two days before the delivery date. Once the payment has been sent, kindly send a screenshot or any proof of your payment.Step #4: Pre-shipment photo will be sent
A photo will be sent to you the night before the delivery date or before the dispatch of your order.Step #5: Shipment
We will notify you once the delivery is already on the way to you or the recepient.

IMPORTANT:
- We only deliver within Metro Manila
- Order cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least two days before the original delivery date
- Rescheduling (date) of orders that do not meet the two day requirement is subject to a Php 200 fee.
- We are not liable for damages for orders that was not delivered by us.
